Police said Rashi got in a fight with unknown suspects from another apartment in the complex. During the altercation, the suspects pushed Rashi down the stairs and shot him multiple times before fleeing, police said.

Police also responded around 3:40 a.m. Sunday to a shooting call in the 3000 block of Arizona Avenue, off East Illinois Avenue in East Oak Cliff.

Police said Eliud Arrellano-Moreno, 22, was getting out of his truck when unknown suspects in a green pick up shot him. He was taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
