For Billie Parrott Wright, 58, fitness is an everyday routine
Billie Parrott Wright of Carrollton has long exercised. She was captain of her school’s synchronized swim team in junior high and high school. Now 58, she doesn’t swim anymore, but she and her husband, personal trainer Weldon Wright, stay active together by jogging, cycling and riding Har-leys.
Fitness routine: Monday, Wednesday, Friday I do cardio, core and resistance training at the gym. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, I do Bikram yoga. Sundays, I run or bicycle outdoors.
If I had only 20 minutes to work out, I would … do five minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of high-intensity resistance training.
