I don’t believe that Joseline (Joe) Hernandez was ever a male. If that were the case then how did she become pregnant by Stevie J. And Moni, who sponsors the show even vouched for Joseline by saying yes, she was in the restroom while Joseline took the pregnancy test, which in fact came out positive. Now, I know these doctors can make Miracles but they’ve yet to find a way to allow a fully transgender have a baby. Yes, Joseline does have an androgenic look, but that no way makes her a man.
